"Felt cheap for what I paid"
I was charged without any issue, but I didn’t really get much of an update along the way. When it arrived, the quality just wasn’t great and it felt kind of cheap in person.

"Didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price"
It was okay overall, but I usually expect a bit better quality when I’m paying this much. Nothing was terrible, but it didn’t really meet my personal standard, so I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

"So much for “originals”"
I was expecting a bit more from a site literally called Originals. Ironically, most of the designs felt familiar, like things I’ve already seen floating around on other shops. Nothing really grabbed me or felt fresh. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of bland and forgettable...

"Nice fit overall, just a little snug"
I ordered my usual size and it fit well overall, though it was a bit snug across the chest. The length was just right on me, hitting where I wanted it to, and I really liked that the sleeves sat neatly without bunching or feeling too long. The fabric also feels nicer than I expected and has a clean, put-together look. If you prefer a roomier or more relaxed fit, I’d probably size up. Not absolutely perfect, but I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the replies were slow and didn’t really help much. It felt like nobody actually wanted to take ownership of the issue, and I just kept getting passed around without a clear answer. after this, I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Delivery was quick"
I ordered from 021originals.com and shipping went smooth overall. Package showed up one day later than first estimate, but the tracking was working fine the whole time. Everything came in good shape, so I can’t really complain. Not perfect, but I’m still happy with the order.
